Hi there. I am looking for someone to rent my spare room. Fully furnished.
I am a clean and tidy, easygoing flatmate. There is on street parking. Easy access to town. The rent is £310 pm, including utility bills. Council tax is £40pm extra. Basic Sky TV is also included for free and so is unlimited wireless broadband. Local phone calls are also included.
South Park is approximitely 2 minutes walk and the train station is less than 10 minutes walk.
There is a BBQ area and yard which is a lovely sun trap.
I am looking for someone who will be clean and tidy and will respect my home. I am very easy going but I don't want to live like a student!
I would also consider someone who wanted a Monday-Friday let for a reduced rate.
