Each property is different and we do try to match any prospective tenants with the current tenant dynamics present. The homes are aimed at people typically moving into the area for work, often recently graduated and not knowing many people locally and so wanting to make new like-minded friends to socialise, as well as having quiet, privacy and a decent space to work from home.

WHAT TO EXPECT?

You will be able to chat directly to the team and if needs be the owner, a simple moving in process, great housemates, a regular cleaner and the only thing you need to bring is your own bedding, as everything else is provided. Constant communications from the office via a group WhatsApp chat.

We do offer Flexible details; Eg; set your rent date to when you get paid and some furniture flexibility too dependent on our availability.

The rent is inclusive of all bills, cleaner, gardener. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, plus either a lounge or/& dining area. The bathrooms are shared in the properties.

No pets or couples, sorry, but the odd overnight is fine.
