Hi! We have 1 lovely, quiet double room for £430 per month including all bills. The house is on Neville's Cross / Crossgate moor, and only a short walk (5 mins) away from town centre.

The house is light and airy and HUGE!! With a living room, large reception room and dining kitchen, nice bathroom, lovely front and back gardens, garage and double driveway. The current tenants are professionals, tidy, clean and sociable.

The rooms are a good size, with a comfortable bed, wardrobe, desk and a lovely huge window with a nice view. The rooms have been recently redecorated.
