I am a teacher who is currently looking to rent out a single room in my house to a young professional or Post Grad student.
The house is in the Gilesgate area of Durham which is 15 minutes walk from the centre of Durham. The room has a single bed, a chest of drawers, 1 wardrobe, a desk and chair. The house is neat and clean. Living room is large with Sky+, Dvd player, the kitchen has plenty of storage, dishwasher, washing machine, refrigerator and gas cooker. There are two bathrooms; one has a very modern shower/bath and a downstairs toilet. There is a good sized garden perfect for BBQ s in the summer. There is a double garage which can be used for storage if needed. All bills are included (council tax, electricity, internet, Sky+ etc.)

The rent for the room is £350 per calendar month.
