This is a new build property (10 years old) with modern facilities. The property is let fully furnished to a high standard. The house benefits from wireless broadband there is TV in living room as well as two double sofas so plenty of room to stretch out. You will have a cleaner once a fortnight who cleans kitchen and bathroom as well as hoovering/dusting common areas. We also maintain the garden and clean windows as required.
