I am looking for someone to take over the tenancy (which runs until the end of September). The room is 365ppm (including water but not including other bills, which adds about 20 more pounds per month ).

The house is placed in a very quiet area, 2 minutes away from the train station, 4 min from the bus station, 5 min from Tesco in the Market Place and alll the shops in the town, and 20 min from the Science Site. The adress is DH1 5SX.

The property has 1 single bedroom on the ground floor, where the kitchen, patio and living room are, and a 1st floor with 2 single bedrooms and a bathroom. And also has a big garden.

I am advertising the room in the ground floor. The other two tenants are an english PhD student male and a french professional female, both of them are 24 years old.
