We have one spare room to let over the summer from July to October. I and one of the other girls will be in and out of the house over the summer, and the term tenant is returning in October, hence why we are letting over the summer. It is a single room with a large desk and wardrobe space. The house is modern with a nice kitchen and living room, located 15 minutes from town at the top of Claypath.
