Hi,
The bedroom is large but with a 3/4 size bed and comes with a wardrobe, bed, desk, 2 drawer bed side cabinet, 3 drawer and chair. It is available for the year July 2012-June 2013 (however 6 months may be negotiable). The house is recently refurbished and includes a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and cooker.

The housemates are 2 girls and 1 boy, one girl is studying History, the other Modern Languages (she speaks French and Portugese!), and the boy is studying Anthropology (and speaks a little Chinese!). They're all really friendly and easy to get on with, and reliable when it comes down to it. I was supposed to be living with them but I'm moving to another university so had to pull out...

The house is very close to Claypath Medical Centre and the town centre (5 minutes walk). Rent is just £75 pew week plus bills- good value for the quality of house, location and housemates! Students are preferred (undergrad or postgrad), PhD considered.
