We live in Durham for PhD studies and are renting a nice house in Gilesgate -- where we are looking for nice people to share the space and time with.
It's a 3 bedroom house featuring a spacious living room, two toilets, a neat garden, super lovely furniture and even a tiny study/guest room! Ideally, you'd move on the 1st of September and stay at least until next summer but we will also consider shorter rents.
The area is cosy and popular with students, 15 minutes walk to the town centre and big Tesco.
