We own a large detached property approx five miles from Durham city centre (just off the A690 main route through Durham)

There is 1 large furnished bedrooms available, on the middle floor. On the same floor there is a large shared kitchen, utility room, living room with freeview and large shared bathroom (for middle floor 3 bedrooms only). Also there is a large ensuite furnished bedroom with private adjoining sofa/study room, available on the ground floor.

There is strictly no smoking in any part of the building, smoking tennants must do so outside the property.

There is wireless broadband - reasonable use included in rent!

We have a private drive and plenty of parking space available.

Near by there are newsagents, bakers, a deli, coop, post office, sports centre, petrol station and 2 working mens clubs and Durham city is 5 minutes away and easily accessible by car or bus.

We are looking for clean and tidy people, who are easy to get along with. We are self employed and around most days and live nearby.
