I have a double room available in a large terraced house which has recently been refurbished. The room is available immediately and I am looking for someone quickly as this is my ex partner's house and I have moved out so he needs a house mate ASAP as I cannot afford to keep paying my side of the rent as I do not currently live there. Couples are welcome. He is looking for professionals of any age. He currently lives there but is at work most of the time. The 320 pcm will include all bills and rent. There is a washing machine, cooker, wifi, fridge freezer, telephone, television with sky and xbox all available. The bathroom is about to get a shower installed too.
