A double room is available, priced £300 per month. Ideally looking for someone who wants a monday to friday let, preferably female. The house is currently for sale so looking for someone who maybe just wants a short term let and who is tidy and understands occasional viewings may happen.

A large living room, well stocked kitchen and a separate downstairs bathroom (also with toilet and shower) are all included within the houseshare. BT Broadband and Sky Plus TV, as well as all bills inclusive of Council Tax, water, electricity etc are included within the monthly rent. This is a really good deal for the location and ease of access into Durham City.

We are looking for a tidy professional, who will ideally be used to sharing with other people, who is independently minded, and who is ok with cats, as ocassionally there are cats in the house. Ideally, the tenant(s) should be laid back and easy to get on with, and also a professional.

The house itself is near to bus routes into Durham City (The 63 and 64 buses go from literally around the corner of the road), with access onto the A1 and to the Dragonville and Macintyre way shops (Tesco 24hr, Aldi, Matalan, B and Q, etc), approx 5mins drive away. Frequent buses (every 15mins) into town centre, with bus stop and local shops (a co-op and post office, as well as the pharmacist and a doctors surgery) located c. 500m away from house.
