House Mate Required

looking for a house mate. House is in good order and has a large garden with off road parking. it has a very nice fitted kitchen and a walk in shower and seperate bath. It has plenty of room downstairs with the addition of a conservatory. i have a pet dog,
the room could be furnished if required or empty if thats your preference.
i work full time as a manager and am very easy going. the house is in a good area semi rural. and the street is close to shops and pubs. its also ideal for roads to durham/ gateshead/ newcastle etc its also on bus routes.
have house to your self most of the time.
all bills including sky.
none smoker please.
gas and electric are key meters.

or while its empty i will take 10 pound a night short term stays
