Double room in artistic household

Friendly and fun young at heart mum with 23 yr old daughter. Looking for someone who is clean and tidy but not OCD. The double bedroom room for rent is fully furnished with a new bed and is situated on the sunny side of the house overlooking our back garden. The spacious 4 x bedroom semi detached home is modern and comfortable on a quiet residential housing estate. 5 minutes walk from the countryside also 5 minutes walk from the local town centre, supermarket, post office, bank and main bus routes. Central for commuting to Durham, Chester le Street, Consett, Stanley and Newcastle by bus or car(20 mins to Durham and Chester le Street by car, 30 mins to Newcastle by car). We have one very affectionate 2 year old springer spaniel and two soft friendly cats. There is a shared main bathroom with separate shower upstairs. I also have a separate en suite so wouldn't bother the main bathroom. Downstairs is a shared large kitchen/diner with TV and separate utility room with washing machine plus one extra fridge freezer, shared living/dining room with 42" flat screen Tv + Sky + unlimited broadband and a conservatory overlooking a private mature back garden with pond and patio. The rent does not include food, meals, towels or bedding. I do have a garage but its used for storage. There is ample room for 3 cars at the front. One months trial required.
