I own a 3 bedroom home in a quiet area. I am a single 24yr old professional looking for a lodger. Length of tenacy/contract can be discussed.
The room to let is a double room. Parking, Sky and Internet access. Bathroom is shared. I am neat and tidy and need someone who is the same! I have no preference on male or female.
I would be looking to secure around 400 per month. All bills included. Photos shown are from when I first moved into the house so further decorated has been done and it is fully furnished.
I work full time so generally out of the house from 8am-6/7pm. Mon-Fri. Anything else just ask.
