Large spacious double room w/ closet near beamish

There are three rooms one small two large.. looking to share. large room available now for 275pcm with my current roomate staying in a smaller room but he may move within the next 6 months .. . we are laid back professionals who work lots of hours.. both of us are in management positions.. we both smoke occasionally but not in the house.. no real bad habits and were 420 friendly as long as its outside. the house looks a bit run down from the outside but has been all newly renovated to a very nice standard.. inside looks lovely with neutral colors and cream carpets... all the rooms are spacious and the place has lovely views since we are on the hillside. nice quiet area .. never any trouble. and finding parking has never been an issue. there is also a washing machine available.. and looking to invest in a dryer soon.. plenty of cupboard space for everyone.. electric oven... we dont have company often but dont mind it within reason. not against having a party once in a blue moon. lots of amenities.. shops, pubs, post office, bus stop across the street, and a 24 hour petrol station/shop just down the hill from us. wifi is superfast with download speeds of up to 70 mbps+ and upload speed of 10 mbps+ ... no pets since my kids visit occasionally and they have allergies. there is no tv license since i do not watch live television.
