Free accommodation for female wanting her own space. You get your own double room (furnished) and the use of the rest of the house.

Don't mind if you are employed, unemployed, studying or just a bum as long as you are honest, trustworthy and easy to get along with.

This is a house I bought as a refurbishment project, done most of the work and then lost my motivation, so lounge, stairs, landing and 2 of the bedrooms still need decorating and carpeting.

I'm pretty new to the north east and don't know anyone up here so would just like some company around the house... and if you're good with a paint roller, so much the better hehehe.
