The bus to Durham also stops close to Durham train station so handy for commutes to Newcastle or anywhere north or south on east coast main line. The property also has good road links to Durham, Newcastle and surrounding area. An easy commute for anyone working at the hospital and avoids Durham City Centres higher prices and parking wardens!!
