I have a room to rent, sharing with one professional female. I would prefer to share with another female.
The house is within driving distance to town centre, university, Portrush, Portstewart & Bushmills.
The room is a double with en-suite, however, it is unfurnished. There is a shared living room & kitchen, enclosed back garden, & parking at the side of the house.
Rent is £225 per month if staying 7 nights, £200 if Mon to Fri & this includes sky, broadband & tv licence but not oil & electric. There is also a washing machine.
House is located in a quiet area.
I would like someone who is respectful, clean & tidy.
