1 room in a 2 bedroom apartment

Hello..! Very cheap rent with all bills except electricity included!!

Housemate and I have jobs starting soon and we have paid up front until July 12th so we can offer heavily discounted rent!

There are two single rooms available to rent in a 2 bedroom studio apartment in the charming town of Ambleside.
The apartment is cosy and warm and has everything you need! Sofa, Arm chair, large table, coffee table, breakfast bar with two stools, fridge, freezer, all appliances etc all in an open plan kitchen and living room.

Central heating (always nice and toastie) water, tv license, and broardband wi fi all included in the rent. No Council tax.
Only bill to pay is electricity which works out about £15 a month each so not too bad.

Rooms have single beds, desk, chair, large wardrobe, one with a safe inside, and chest of draws included.

Washing machine and tumble dryer shared between 3 flats but very cheap. Runs on separate meter and £1 will do one large wash and tumble and more!!

car parking space in front and large covered storage area for bikes, kayaks etc.

My housemate and I are moving out as we will have finished our degree. We move Mid May time but it is possible that the date is negotiable (by a week or two).

There are people moving into the flat September time (I will get a definite date) so the let is only between May and September. But perfect for anyone wanting to enjoy a beautiful summer in Ambleside.
