Quite, relaxing house, suit female, Ambleside
I have a double room for single occupancy though a friend that you know well would be welcome to stay over occasionally with no extra charge while you are at home.
There are no rules or regulations just consideration. It is a warm and fiendly home, with the option to socialise but not a party house
My job means I'm away from home several nights per week. So I'm looking for someone who will treat my home as theirs.
We have all the mod cons.... Washing machine, drier, dishwasher, broadband, with added extras included, such as cleaning products, toilet rolls, dishwasher tablets etc. We have a gardener to keep the external areas clean and tidy, housemates are expected to tidy up after themselves but the communal areas are cleaned reularly by myself or a paid cleaner.
Your bedroom is freshly decorated, has a TV/DVD with comfortable chair/sofa for your convience. It has a large walk in wardrobe, dressing table and bedside cabinets.
The kitchen/dining area is quite large with lots of storage space. There is 2 tall fridge freezers, you would be expected to share 1 of them with 1 other housemate.
Although I'm there part of the week to see the house is well maintain you would be sharing mainly with just one other.
