I have a great En Suite Double room in a Lovely bed det house in a great area with Garden, garage and conservatory. Drive Parking for one car
The room is large with double bed and 42in flat TV. It is brand new. having just been decorated and new carpet.
Next to Rail station, Tesco extra and near Gas Terminal, windfarm and not too far from BAE.
Fully furnished, washing machine and Garden and conservatory. Anything ( With reason of course!) not there that you require Im sure I can provide. I just want someone to look after it and in return you get a nice gaff to live in with no hassle.
I offer good speed broadband ( Fibre is on Order as has just become available at nearest exchange) bedding and pretty much everything you need
There is a family bathroom as well as another toilet dowmstairs. there is also a utility room with washing machine and sink.
All bedrooms are double size.
The guys in there now are great, quiet fellas that work in BAE. They only stay 3/4 nights a week on shifts and all tenants comment on how quiet, friendly, relaxed and hassle free it is
