All beds are doubles and of good quality for a comfortable nights sleep.
Lock on bedroom door for security if you are in or out. TV aerial in room. We can provide tv if necessary!
The house is fully modernised and has been cleaned to a high standard. A full clean and bedding change is carried out on a regular basis.
There is off road parking for one vehicle and no parking restrictions in the area. The house is within walking distance of BAE Systems. The town center is a 5 minuit walk away as is Morrisons Supermarket.
The kitchen is a good size and very light (with everything you need down to cuttlery etc provided)
There is a large double aspect living/dining room with a flat screen TV and comfortable furnishings.
The bathroom is of landing and comprises a modern three piece bathroom suite with shower.
Outside is a large decked and planted seating area and parking place. Great for the better weather or if you smoke.
Smoking is NOT permitted in the house!
I am looking for considerate people who want a clean and comfortable place to stay!
I require a minimum stay of four weeks then a weeks notice should you wish to leave.
The deposit must be paid to secure a booking at this property. It is returned when you leave.
