I have a very large 4 bedroom house immediately available to rent. It is fully furnished, and all bills are included within the rent of £100 per room per week.

All the bedrooms are doubles, and each has an individual lock on the door.

Wifi is also included in the rent, along with a monthly window cleaner, and fortnightly 'homehelp' cleaning service throughout the communal areas.

This would ideally suit 4 contractors/graduates coming ito the area to work.
