Single furnished front bedroom available in pleasant, mid-terraced house with close proximity to city centre, shops, bus stops, river, park all within easy walking distance.

The room is spacious and colourful with single bed, TV. A separate room is available with computer, computer table & internet.

The whole house is tastefully decorated with a traditional front room with TV and a more modern living room. These two rooms provide ample space to chill out. The bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen with tap shower and wc.

A spacious yard is to the rear with plants & small trees for personal space outdoors.

The room charge includes all household bills except telephone.

Bedding is provided and laundered weekly.

I am looking for a mature male lodger, none smoking, who will respect my property and be considerate to my work schedule as I work from home.
