I am looking for one person to share my large house. It is a new build only a few of years old, tennants will have there own toilet and a large bathroom to share, there is plenty of parking on the street and a parking spot on the property. The house is in walking distance from city center and ideal for students as it is close to University. I am very easy going person and have tennants currently, however University finished for one of them and he is moving back home. Broadband unlimited, gas, electricity, water etc. All bills included.
