Welcome to use the kitchen and lounge areas. No TV available but good internet access.
Live in owner and 2 shift workers that are here 2 to 3 nights a week.
I have a border collie cross and border terrier, who are extremely friendly, so potential lodger must like dogs- I can guarantee they will make you very welcome!
