I have a lightly furnished double room available in a two bed end of terrace house on a quiet estate just off the burneside road. we would be sharing the kitchen, livingroom, bathroom, cooking, cleaning etc i can work unsociable hours so i am looking for someone who isn't a party animal who can cope with a cat. There is secure off road parking, wireless broadband is available if you know how to sort it out and a nice little garden.
