Single Rooms in Large Georgian House in Kendal

There are two single furnished rooms available on the second (top) floor of a large detached Georgian house with quiet non-smoking residents. The house is in a quiet attractive part of Kendal and close to the town centre.
Room 1 is a large furnished room with en-suite shower, wc and washbasin.
Room 2 is a smaller furnished room with a Velux window in the roof. Shared bathroom.
Both rooms share a kitchen which also has a washing machine.
We are looking for residents who are in full time occupation, quiet, clean and tidy and considerate to other residents.
Please note both rooms are for single occupancy only.
