My house mate and I are looking for an easy going and tidy person to rent a room in a large house on Underwood.
The bedroom is light and airy with en-suite shower and views of hills. Double bed and wardrobe available if needed at no extra cost.
House has plenty of space and a converted garage into a big storage room, there's a conservatory and a good sized garden and has off-road parking.
The area is pretty quiet and only 5mins to the pub.
There is a small Border Collie who is very obedient and friendly too.
