I have double, furnished room in a semi-detached house with large garden. Parking for 1 car, within walking distance of Kendal town centre, and opposite the Leisure centre.
Broadband and freesat tv in room. All other areas, shared with 1-2 people.
I am currently shielding so not a good time for anyone to view, but things are changing so the room will be available ASAP.
This is an room for a Monday to Friday (or fri-wed etc) lodger ideally, or anyone who already pays council tax at another property.
Council tax is not included in the room charge.
