Large double room near Kendal town centre

Large double room available on a quiet street close to the centre of Kendal.

The room has an en-suite toilet, and is on its own floor of the house, so you'd have plenty of privacy. We're looking for a single lodger at £100 per week, or a couple for £150/wk.

We're a teacher and a university lecturer. We're both into the outdoors, especially climbing, caving, cycling and running. We're looking for a lodger who is tidy and easygoing. With our last lodgers we enjoyed sharing the cooking and regularly ate together.

There's space for bikes or other outdoor equipment, a parking permit and plenty of storage room. Please get in touch if you'd like more information or to come and have a look.

The room is available from the end of May, but if you like the house and need to move sooner we've a couple of smaller spare rooms you could use until our current lodger leaves. Come round and have a chat about that if you're interested.
