The bathroom next door is very big and is shared amongst 3 people in total. It has a shower and bath.

Large comfy lounge with TV (TV license included in rent). Small conservatory.

Kitchen fully equipped with all mod cons -washing machine, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, electric cooker / oven, microwave etc.

Small garden with a paved area for enjoying those summer BBQs and shed for bikes. Feel free to plant what you like!

The house is friendly, modern and warm - great for the winter! High standards. Bills included are council tax, water, unlimited fibre optic broadband, incoming phone line and TV license. Gas and elec is shared amongst the house mates. Free parking (non-permit) is available right outside the house for several cars - a rarity in Penrith!

Located in quiet area of Penrith, yet 10 mins walk to local amenities and station.
