Double room available in nice, clean, quiet sandstone terraced house – Castletown, Penrith (5 mins walk to town and rail station.)

Gas central heating, double glazing, bathroom with mira shower, microwave, freezer, washing machine and garden.
Street parking is available with a free residents permit which may. be available.

Suit mature, clean, considerate, non smoker. To share with 2 considerate males who work shifts. I also have a room at the house but do not work in the area and just make occasional weekend visits. I would prefer someone who is intending to stay at least 6 months.
