Parking is easy, Wi Fi, C. H. plus a log burning stove.
Storage space in loft. Washing machine. Garden. Garden shed ( lockable) with room for bike. Easy and quick bus and train to Kendal and Windermere.
(During school holidays my son comes to stay with me sometimes. A week or so at a time. He is 15 and has his own room.)
No smoking, no pets.
The room has a single bed and a fabric sided wardrobe with shelves and a rail. View of garden.
It is on the smallish side ( reflected in the price) and IS ONLY available Monday to Friday and would be £290per month.

Looking for fairly laid-back person, possibly an outdoor type. Cool if you play the guitar, or not.
Best suited to short term let, if you are working in the area for a while or similar.
