im looking for some one to share my home although im not there a lot of the time. its a lovely modern house with a lovely garden and patio area. theres a kitchen diner, utility room, lounge, bathroom with walk in shower and corner bath(not ensuite) and bedroom with double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, side table and has a lovely view over the front garden. there is plenty of parking around. its close to the spar & post office, handy for trains & buses. Im happy to try a months trial as i feel its important that we are happy to comit longer term...good lord...feels like were proposing to get hitched!! anyway you know what i mean. i dont mind a male or female but you must be an honest, respectful, clean & tidy professionel person, non smoker with no pets. the room is available from 01/05/11. if you would like more info please get in touch.
