I have a spacious double room available in my modern Victorian terrace, close to Ulverston town centre where you can walk to in a few minutes.
As you can see from the pictures this is a lovely house. The kitchen diner is large and modern, the bathroom has a huge bath and a separate shower. The house has 2 living rooms one with an open fire so there is plenty of space for everyone.
There is a small garden at the back of the house with a bbq and table and chairs. There is also a shed for garden stuff and room for a bike.
The house is the perfect location, it's 1 min to the bus stop and 5 mins to the train station. There is parking on the street and no need for a permit.
There is a spare room if friends or family come to visit.
It’s a friendly house that is a home not just a place to stay, one of the current tenants has been there for 4 years and the other is living there for a second time so guess it must be a great house to live in.
