Being located in Swarthmoor my house is an ideal location for employees of Glaxo, BAE and Furness General Hospital, for car-share arrangements.

The house is situated close to the bus stop for Ulverston and Barrow areas.

The local pub/restaurant is a few minutes away too. Ulverston town centre with shops, restaurants, bars, salons, library, banks, hospital, post office, train station, Cinema, Booths Supermarket, Coronation Hall etc is a 5 minute bus ride or a 20 minute walk. The Coronation Hall provides a venue for entertainment such as shows, musicals, Orchestra, Beer Festival, Dances, Comedy Acts etc., etc.

There is also a leisure center in the town and golf club along the coastal road towards Bardsea.

Barrow in Furness, the larger town is approximately 10-15 minutes away via bus or car and has everything you could possibly need.

I am seeking a working professional Monday to Friday to share my home with my current house sitter, who is a very friendly guy.
