We have a property in Parton, just off the A595 and 1 mile from Whitehaven. This is a 3 bed property and we have 2 double rooms and 1 single room available. There is one bathroom. The number of people sharing the property will be 2 -3 with single occupancy of each room. The cost is £100 pw for the double rooms and £80 pw for the single room. If the double rooms are taken and the two housemates want to share the cost of having the third bedroom to share as a small TV room or study that would be ok. One couple may be considered at £125 pw sharing a double room. Small patio area, spacious kitchen and lounge. Fully furnished. The property is convenient for Whitehaven & Workington and a short walk of about 5 minutes to the Parton Train Station. Also convenient for buses on the main road. A good location for The West Cumberland Hospital, Albion Square Offices, West Lakes Science Park and Sellafield. Please contact me to arrange a viewing.
