Our spare room has an en suite with power shower, WC, and pedestal basin. This is a quiet, easy going household iin a quiet close in a desirable part of Whitehaven. 15 minutes walk into town where there is a rail station.
There is a driveway which can accommodate two cars with careful parking.
We have a dog and a cat so an animal lover would be best. The house and garden are strictly no smoking.
There is wifi broadband available which is not included in the rent.
