Located just outside the quiet village of Plumbland on the doorstep of the Lake District. We are 6 miles from Cockermouth, 14 from Keswick, and about 25 miles from the city of Carlisle. Secluded farmhouse with private drive, gardens, garages and storage space available. Large shared kitchen with all facilities including laundry. Large communal reception area.
Both bedrooms are large and comfortable, one is ensuite, and the other has a bathroom just down the hall.
We are a friendly working family who enjoy socialising and meeting new people. However the house is large enough to give privacy and quiet when required.
Couples are welcome at an extra £50 per month per room. Lighting, oil central heating, hot water, council tax, and general maintenance are included in the cost of the room.
