A comfortable, gas centrally heated room available in our house. Although the room has a single bed, size-wise it can be regarded as a double, although we are only looking for a single person to occupy the room.

The room is light and recently decorated and furnished. It has free WIFI, and a washing machine is available for the tenant's use. A toilet and wash basin are a step away from the room and a modern bathroom with large shower and separate freestanding bath are available.

The kitchen is large and well equipped.

The monthly payments include all bills and are paid in advance.

We are very close to the University's Kedleston Road site, and so the room would suit a student or anyone working there. We are 10 minutes away from the city centre by car and about the same distance from the Hospital. There is an excellent bus service to the Markeaton campus, and the city centre which has a stop near-by. A 24hr Tesco is 5 mimutes walk away. It is ideally placed for an easy commute into the City and for exploring the Peaks.

If you were looking to rent the room for the weekday nights only (staying over from Monday to Friday and commuting back to your home on Friday nights) then a reduced monthly rent of £300 is offered.
