Female housemate wanted for female house!

Double room, fully furnished with built in wardrobe and t. v with virgin package.
Shared bathroom with walk-in shower, large living area, kitchen and garden. Off street parking.
Will have house to self much of the time.
The room is in our family home where my daughter and I live. We have good transport links to the town center and are within walking distance of Rolls Royce. The street is quite and friendly. We are easy going and enjoy studying, art, games, food and films. We have two cats one of which sometimes comes in the house and he is very loving and house trained.
we are looking to keep the house female only so no men or couples sorry! I am a practicing Muslim, so we do not drink alcohol at all and do not allow dogs into the house. Other pets may be considered.
Ideal house mate would be someone who is easy going who preferably does not eat pork products. Or if so is happy to cook them and keep them separate from the main food. No heavy drinkers please. If you like a nice glass of wine after work that's fine by us! If you like to go out on a Saturday night and forget where you live, that's different! Sorry just being honest! Otherwise what you believe and do is up to you!
