House is a 2 bedroomed end terrace. 1 spacious Double Bedroom available looking out onto the garden, complete with double bed and small wardrobe, (would require other furniture)two downstairs rooms of which one (at front of house)could be used as new housemates own private living space if required (would require furniture) other living room is furnished. All rooms have been decorated, carpeted and have vertical blinds. Shared kitchen, bathroom and use of washing machine and other amenities. Rent is inclusive of all other utilities. Clean and tidy garden to rear of property. No broadband at present due to affordability but with new house mate would look into. Pets are allowed within reason. Smokers welcome but note that this has to be done outside the house. Space on road for parking. Next to local nature reserve, close to shops and on bus route if required. Must be clean & tidy. I am a full time Chef by trade and easy to get on with, enjoy good conversation and have a good sense of humour. I also like the odd bevvy.
