I am a professional female with a room available to let in large semi detached house. I am currently a nurse and have an up to date crb check and would be willing for you to contact my work manager for a reference.
I am very easy going.
I do have children very well behaved and both love their sleep, they live 1/2 with me and 1/2 their dad. I also have a dog and cat. I am very easy going and easy to get along with. I would prefer a professional female or student but open to negotiation for the right person.
