The wetroom is available solely for the lodger during the week.
The kitchen is equipped with Range cooker, American fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
I would prefer a professional person who will respect me and my home. I often work away during the week, so the lodgers would be expected to keep the house clean, tidy and safe. I have a cleaner once a fortnight to clean communal areas.
