I have been renting out my spare room for a aprox 3 years. I am friendly and welcoming and seek someone similar who is available to rent the room from March onwards.
The house is a spacious two bed mid terrace. Garden, road parking, friendly neighbours, sky tv, broadband.
The room is a large double room, with an en-suite shower room, separate toilet downstairs. The room is fully furnished and decorated.
I have a cat named Bella so wouldnt be looking for any more pets!
I am looking for a professional person, who works full-time. Friendly and co-operative, as well as respecting each others privacy is a must. I work full time, monday-friday 9-5, have various hobbies around sports, like to spend evenings in as well the odd night out.
