Each room has its own bathroom.
Two lodgers share a very large lounge and share a very large kitchen. All furnished and fully equipped. Approx 5 miles to the west of Chesterfield on the border of the Peak District National Park and 15 miles from Sheffield. Plenty of secure off road parking space. Situated on a main road (excellent double glazing to reduce noise), but would recommend own transport essential. Mon - Fri at £35 per night, or £120
per week for 7 nights .Very clean and comfortable house. Ample off street parking, lovely cycling and jogging routes from the doorstep, space to store cycles.
We would expect to attract quiet, country loving lodgers who would respect our home and property (AND US!!)
All bills included.
