Furnished double room available for females

Hi

I have a furnished double room available to rent in a lovely terrace tucked away so nice and quiet but close to town centre. It currently has a double bed, bedside table and small wardrobe with two drawers, plenty of space for a desk or chair also.

I currently rent the house and all the furniture belongs to me and I am allowed to get a lodger for the company and the extra money!

Bills will be included, including broadband and sky, if you wanted TV in your room it would be up to you to pay the costs for having an aerial socket installed and for any additional costs incurred such as sky multi room. Food obviously isn't included, but a house kitty can be considered. I have lived in the house for a year and a half and the kitchen and bathroom (shower only, no bath, hopefully having one installed soon!) were new when I moved in, as was the plastering and decor. Once I have saved up some spare cash, I am going to see if the landlord will allow me to have a bath installed.

A female professional non smoker is preferred, and you must like cats, I have 2, and being willing to feed them if I'm away would a huge bonus!

I will be working away for the next 5 months and need to find someone responsible enough to take care of the house and love the cats! They are my babies and it will kill me being away from them so knowing they are being loved is imperative! The bills will all be taken care of so it literally will be keeping the house tidy (I will keep the cleaner on) and putting the buns out!

3 month trial to check we get on ok and then if we do, indefinite.

£350 for individual, £500 for a couple
