Short term let in Large room - S40

Hello! I have a large room to let in my house in Brampton.

Please note the room is only available until early September.

About the place -
Its a mid terrace house on Chester St, Chesterfield. About a 10min walk to the bus station, and about 15/20 to Chesterfield train station.

The room itself is a large loft conversion, its actually the biggest room in the house. It has a double bed, bedside table, canvas wardrobe and some shelves.

The kitchen/Living room/Bathroom would all be shared and are on the ground floor. I have a fast fibreoptic internet connection with wifi, Fridge, Freezer, Microwave, Washing Machine, Bath, Shower, and there is a small garden too.

There is a petrol station at the end of the road which has a Spar, a Lidl about a 5 min walk, and a Morrisions maybe about 10 minutes away. The place is really close to the town centre and there is a dangerous number of takeaway outlets nearby!

Unfortunately there is no off street parking, my car is on the road next to the house and there is usually enough space to get parked.

About me -
I work as a Manager and tend to work mon to fri. I'm 31 and have lived in this house for just over two years. I've had a couple of house mates in that time and never had any issues.
As a house mate I tend to keep the place fairly tidy (although not OCD AT ALL). I do like to cook too. I'm pretty friendly and easy going.
When I'm not at work I tend to cook, watch netflix, go for a run, or catch up with friends.

The room is £400 pcm, although I'd accept weekly payments of £100 if that's more convenient .
